Who I am. What I Do
I am Victoria Lowe. I am a Master Cosmetologist who had an intense interest in anatomy of color in general. I guess you can blame it on the beauty Industry. This led me to creating a lipstick line. Originally it was just for fun and as a past time. Little did I know that it would transpire into this beautiful topic of conversation and community with amazing people. I was literally just trying to inspire!
