Very Veelo Lipstick Base

Our world famous lipstick base is ideal for making matte liquid  lipsticks as well as satin finish liquid lipsticks. This base comes in  3 sizes 80z, 16oz, 32oz. The 8oz size yields 7-10 bottles of  10ml lipstick tubes. The 16oz size yields 10-20 bottles of 10ml lipstick tubes. The 32oz size yields 20-45 bottles of 10ml lipstick tubes. If you would like to add a more glossier finish to your liquid lipstick simply add 2 teapoons of castor oil to the coloring phase along with your preferred amount of pigment. If you prefer a more matte finish simply add 2 teaspoons of Isododecane and your preferred amount of pigment to the coloring phase.
