MONTE CARLO MATTE
- add 1 Tablespoon of Very Veelo Lipstick Base
- add1/2 teaspoon of D&C Blue #1 Alum lake
- add 3 1/4 teaspoons of D&C yellow #5 lake
- 2 teaspoons of white titanium oxide or white zinc oxide
- Mix the above ingredients until everything is incorporated
- add 1 teaspoon of Isododecane Remix
- add 1/4 teaspoon of D&C yellow #5 lake
- Mix these last ingredients into mixture. Be sure that all pigments are mixed well.
- Swatch and bottle your product
MONTE CARLO SATIN SHINE
- add 1 Tablespoon of Very Veelo Lipstick Base
- add1/2 teaspoon of D&C Blue #1 Alum lake
- add 3 1/4 teaspoons of D&C yellow #5 lake
- 2 teaspoons of white titanium oxide or white zinc oxide
- Mix the above ingredients until everything is incorporated
- add 1 teaspoon of castor oil
- add 1/4 teaspoon of D&C yellow #5 lake
- Mix these last ingredients into mixture. Be sure that all pigments are mixed well.
- Swatch and bottle your product
